CUSTOMER INFORMATION SECURITY (Based on Decree 52/2013/ND-CP)
1 Purpose and scope of collection:
Customer information is collected through a contract, email, phone or direct declaration of the Customer when coming to the Company's office to sign the contract. This is the information that NHAT LONG MECHANICAL AND TRADING CO., LTD would propose the Customer provide in order to ensure the interests of the Company's Customers, as well as the basis for the Company to perform better Customer care.
2 Scope of information usage:
NHAT LONG MECHANICAL AND TRADING CO., LTD uses the information provided by the Customer to:
- Provide services to Customers
– Send notices about information exchange activities between the Client and the Company.
– Contact and resolve with Customers in special cases.
– Do not use Customer's information other than for confirmation and contact purposes related to trading transactions with the Company.
– In case of request by Law: NHAT LONG MECHANICAL AND TRADING CO., LTD is responsible for cooperating in providing Customer information upon request from Judicial Agencies including: Procuracy, Court, The Public Security Agency investigating the Customer's violations of certain Laws. In addition, no one has the right to infringe on Customer's information.
3 Information storage time:
Customer information will be stored at NHAT LONG MECHANICAL AND TRADING CO., LTD until the Customer's request to cancel. Remaining in all cases, Customer information will be kept confidential in 01 Customer information management program of NHAT LONG MECHANICAL AND TRADING CO., LTD.

5 Means and tools for users to access and adjust their personal data:
If the Customer has a change in information and needs to be adjusted and updated, the Customer can provide new information to NHAT LONG MECHANICAL AND TRADING COMPANY LIMITED via phone, email and request the Company to adjust it.
The Customer has the right to submit a complaint about the disclosure of Customer information to a third party to the Company's Management Department via email: cokhi@nhatlong.com.vn , the Company will receive these feedbacks, will confirm receive information back and be responsible for reasoning with the Customer.
6 Commitment to customer information security:
Customer information of the Company will be committed to absolute confidentiality in accordance with the information protection policy of NHAT LONG MECHANICAL AND TRADING CO., LTD. The collection and use of Customer's information is done only under the consent of that Customer, unless otherwise regulated by Law.
– Do not use, do not transfer, provide or disclose Customers' information to any third party without the consent of the Customer.
– In the event that the information storage database is attacked by hackers or viruses, resulting in loss of Customer data, Nhat LONG MECHANICAL AND TRADING CO., LTD will be responsible for handling & notifying the Customer.
– Absolute confidentiality of all customer transaction information with NHAT LONG MECHANICAL AND TRADING COMPANY LIMITED.
– NHAT LONG MECHANICAL AND TRADING COMPANY LIMITED requires customers to provide full relevant personal information such as: Full name, contact address, email, phone , account number, ...., when contacting to purchase at the Company and is responsible for the Legality of the above information. NHAT LONG MECHANICAL AND TRADING CO., LTD will not be responsible for and will not settle all complaints related to the interests of the Customer if it considers that all information provided by the Customer when purchasing is inaccurate.
